Description

 

This is the 3rd national Inclusion Health CPD* day. It has a strong focus on the current challenges in the Inclusion Health field. In addition to hearing from nationally recognised experts about a wide-ranging programme delegates will have opportunities for reflection and networking.

Dr Chris Sargeant, Senior Clinical Lecturer BSMS, GP Pathway Homeless Team, Brighton & Sussex Hospitals.

 

Topics

Sessions will include:

  • Novel Psychoactive Substances including expert by experience perspective
  • Challenges in Inclusion Health and Infection
  • Respite Care for Homeless People
  • Pre-engagement counselling

 

Who should attend

This day will be of interest to everyone who is concerned with the health of people who are homeless, gypsies or travellers, vulnerable migrants or sex workers, and is particularly aimed at healthcare workers, support and keyworkers and service managers.
