Description

The first aid at work requalification training course updates the first aid skills of those who need to renew thier First aid at work certificate. The HSE strongly recomends that you requailify within a month of your certificate expiring.

This course is for people wishing to renew a valid First aid at work certificate. All candidates must produce their expiring First aid at work certificate on the first day, failure to be able to provide this document may result in cancelation from course without refund.

The course aims to update and refresh your knowledge of the First aid at work syllabus, while allowing time for revision and practice sessions in preparation for a written assessment.

This course covers the contents of the three-day First aid at work course in two days (12hours tutor contact plus assessment) as well as training to use defibrillators. Course times 8:30-16:30 on both days.

There are 4 possible payment options. Please note verification of eligibility will be required for all payment options, ineligibilty for the payment option chosen will jeopardise your place on the course:

Standard External (£160.00). For all external candidates.

Standard Internal (£150.00): For all University of Brighton students and staff. A valid Unicard number must be submitted along with full payment at time of booking.

Department (£150.00): For all University of Brighton staff funded by their Univeristy department to undertake the course. A valid Unicard number must be submitted along with approved budget code at time of booking.

Nominated First aider (£0):For all University of Brighton satff nominated first aiders as appointed by the University Occupational Health department. A valid Unicard number must be submitted along with nominated first aider reference code supplied by Occupational Health Dept.
