Course Description

Bring a blank page and leave with a story!

For writers of all levels, except complete beginners.

This workshop will be led by Linda McVeigh – a writer with considerable success in competitions, including two-times winner of the Charleston Small Wonder Short Story Festival slam (in 2007 and again in 2011), first prize in the Rainy Cities Short Stories prize in 2010, first prize in the 2011 Asham Award, judged by Sarah Waters and first place in the inaugural Brighton Prize (2014). Her story ‘All Over the Place’ was published in ‘Something Was There’ (Virago, 2011).
