Detailed Description

Please complete questionaire when booking for a Sports Massage, if you are injured then please answer all questions as accuratly as possible. 

If you are booking with no injury then please leave questions blank. 

Upon recieving the completed Survery and payment of the deposit, our physiotherapist will contact you via the email registered to your account to offer you the availability of bookings in clinic. 

Sports massage clinics are offered Thursday Mornings in Falmer and can be arranged in eastbourne upon communication with Charlie himself. 

A refund of your deposit cannot be given if the client does not show up to appointment or a booking modification request is not recieved with 24 hours notice.
